Historical and forecast macroeconomic data and historical data on over 270 commodities series, with some available to 1970.

Datastream is a historical financial database with data on instruments from all major asset classes and economic indicators. Data spans bond indices, bonds, commodities, convertibles, credit default swaps, derivatives, economics, energy, equities, equity indices, ESG, estimates, exchange rates, fixed income, funds, fundamentals, interest rates, and investment trusts. Unique content includes I/B/E/S earnings estimate aggregates (International Brokers Estimate System), Worldscope Fundamentals Point in Time data, MCSI, DJ Stoxx and FTSE All World, and Reuters Polls.
Technical notes: Datastream is accessible through the Refinitiv Eikon terminal in the Kresge Library, Room K4521. We have two logins for Refinitiv Eikon reserved for faculty use. Coverage info from the vendor: Worldwide equity coverage direct from the stock markets, comprehensive market indices, economics data direct from national government sources as well as the OECD and IMF, fixed income securities and associated indices, commodities and derivatives data. Forecast earnings data from IBES, fundamental data from Worldscope and added value data sets from respected sources such as MSCI, DJ Stoxx and FTSE All World.
