Tips for Searching for Case Studies in Forrestor, Gartner, IDC, ABI/Inform, Business Source Complete, and Google Scholar:
1) Try these keywords with your Company Name to find case studies: case study or studies, best practices, customer success stories. Quotes work with phrases in some databases, for example: Company Name and "case studies"
2.) Try using the type of product it is, for ex. "collaborative work tools" and case study/ies, etc.
3.) The database may allow you to LIMIT to Document Types. If you can do that try using the Document Type "Case Studies" or "Best Practices."
4.) You can try the company name/keywords on the open web, but make sure you check the source for bias.
If these strategies don't get enough results contact the librarians or Librarian Sally Ziph (sweston@umich.edu) We can meet in-person or on Zoom if needed.
