2. This will bring you to the "Select Law Reviews" page. From here, you can search or browse through an alphabetized list of law reviews that accept submissions through ExpressO and select those to which you wish to submit your manuscript. Note that those journals not currently accepting submissions are grayed out.

The listing includes relevant subject areas for each journal as well as occasional editorial notes regarding submission preferences, such as "MS Word format preferred." Enter keywords or full titles in the search bar in the upper left corner to locate specific titles. You can also use the "Refine" option in the upper right corner to sort law reviews by subject area or view the most popular law reviews (based on ExpressO submission volume) by choosing "ExpressO Top Reviews 1-50" or "ExpressO Top Reviews 51-100."

3. After making your selections, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the "Article Information" form. Here you should add the names and contact information of any co-authors by clicking the +. Then enter the title of your manuscript, in addition to selecting relevant subject areas. It is optional, but recommended, to enter keywords and an abstract as well. Finally, you should upload your submission and any supporting documents as Microsoft Word documents or PDFs. Click the "Continue" button when finished.

4. The final step is to review your submission information. If you notice any errors or would like to adjust your law review selections, click the "Revise My Submission" or "Revise My Law Review Selection" buttons.

The cost of your submission(s) will also display on this page, but as long as your account has been successfully associated with the Law School's institutional account, you should not have to enter any payment information. Contact Jessica Pasquale ( or Melissa Seelye ( if you are prompted to do so.

Once you have verified that the information you entered is correct, you will need to check the box to indicate that you agree to both the ExpressO and bepress terms of service before clicking the "Finish" button to complete your submission.
