Private company profiles contain financials, corporate structure, key contacts, investors and industry information.

Intelligize

Intelligize from LexisNexis is an analytics tool that allows advanced queries on designated sections in public filings and exhibits submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. There are also comment letters written by SEC Examiners, no-action letters, and regulatory materials. Merger and acquisition deal information is also available.

These databases need to be accessed within the Tozzi Financial Center.

Bloomberg

Multiple Bloomberg terminals are available in the Tozzi Center.
Use Bloomberg to find current and historical financial information on individual equities, stock market indices, fixed-income securities, currencies, commodities, and futures for both international and domestic markets.

Datastream

We currently have one Datastream seat for faculty and PhD users. To request registration and login information, email eikon.access@umich.edu.
Use Datastream for historical, global coverage of equities, stock markets, commodities, futures, currencies, options, bond markets, company financials, and economic data.
NOTE: Datastream is installed on one of the public terminals in the Kresge Library (4th floor, Kresge Building)

Datastream (See Refinitiv Eikon)
Datastream is a historical financial database with data on instruments from all major asset classes and economic indicators. Data spans bond indices, bonds, commodities, convertibles, credit default swaps, derivatives, economics, energy, equities, equity indices, ESG, estimates, exchange rates, fixed income, funds, fundamentals, interest rates, and investment trusts. Unique content includes I/B/E/S earnings estimate aggregates (International Brokers Estimate System), Worldscope Fundamentals Point in Time data, MCSI, DJ Stoxx and FTSE All World, and Reuters Polls.

Coverage info from the vendor: Worldwide equity coverage direct from the stock markets, comprehensive market indices, economics data direct from national government sources as well as the OECD and IMF, fixed income securities and associated indices, commodities and derivatives data. Forecast earnings data from IBES, fundamental data from Worldscope and added value data sets from respected sources such as MSCI, DJ Stoxx and FTSE All World.

Use policy: When using material from this database in reports and presentations, vendor contract requirements dictate that you must include the phrase, "Used with permission of Datastream."
